Retells are often the first writing genres that our students are exposed to and often one of the most enjoyable. There are many great stories to write a retell about or even just draw pictures about. Students will use this retell template to draw the significant parts of a story. You can choose from templates with 3 or 5 story parts. A selection of templates with time order words has also been given. This resource is a fantastic way to support students with their oral retells.
