This simple activity is a great way to introduce rounding to the nearest ten.

To complete this task, students will require access to a number line from 0-100. This could be achieved by:

1. Using our Number Line Digi-Tool on a whole class interactive whiteboard,
2. Using a displayed jumbo number line, such as the one in our Let's Bloom decor pack,
3. Drawing a jumbo floor number line outdoors using chalk,
4. Having students draw their own number lines for reference.

They will use the number line to visually identify which numbers will round to each multiple of 10 based on how close to each number they are.
