Use this activity to help your students practise identifying and spelling /or/ words.

This resource comes with 6 different game boards to use in a small group and an optional recording sheet. Print the game boards onto cardstock for durability.

We recommend that this game is played in pairs inside a small group. It can be used orally or with the inclusion of writing. Each team is given a game board, dice, and a pile of 2 different coloured counters. Each student takes turns rolling the dice and selecting a picture from that row. They orally segment the word /b/ /a/ /t/ and put their coloured counter on top. If no picture is available in the rolled dice row, that child misses a turn. The game finishes when all squares are covered.
