Our Santa Post: Puppet Retell Booklet has been designed to accompany a whole class reading of the picture book Santa Post by Emma Yarlett.   Students can use the puppets and booklet of scenes from the text to support them in orally retelling the story. This resource includes:

1. A cover page
2. 6 background scenes
3. 9 images for making puppets
4. A puppet pocket for storing the puppets.

  The booklet is printed 2 to a page for easy assembly. Print pages 1-8 back to back, flipping on the long edge, and then slice down the middle for 2 separate booklets. Please note that the puppet pocket can be added to the back of the stapled booklet. The puppets can be cut out and taped to pop sticks.
