Once complete the activity will fade so students can clearly see what they have already completed for the day.

 

HOW IT WORKS

1. Building Your Activity Bank: Add common activities to your bank for quick access and reuse. Here you will name the activity, select a colour for it and add an optional emoji for picture support. Once your activities are in the Activity Bank you are ready to start building a daily schedule.
2. Building a Daily Schedule: To begin, select a day from the calendar. Once selected the date will be identified with a purple circle. From here you will be able to add activities from your Activity Bank to the schedule. To build your schedule for that day, click the purple plus sign on the righthand side of the activity you would like to add.
3. Saving Your Schedule: After adding all of the activities to the schedule you can choose if you would like to make it recurring. If making the schedule recurring, you will select the frequency (weekly, fortnightly or specific frequency), the start date and end date. Then name the schedule and hit save!
4. Customising Your Schedule: Once saved you can customise the schedule to suit that specific day. This is particularly useful for recurring schedules where the links being used are different each week. To edit the activities on a specific schedule, click on the activity on the schedule (not in the Activity Bank). This will bring up options to adjust the activity name, colour and emoji. You are also able to add external links here, great for quick easy access to any resources you may need.  Don’t forget to hit save on any changes you make.
5. Using a Saved Schedule: To save time you can open and use a previously saved schedule. To do this select a day on the calendar and then scroll down to the bottom and select Open Saved Schedules. From here you are able to apply that saved schedule to your day and then edit the activities on that day (remember to hit save!)
6. Track and Display: Add the day’s schedule to your dashboard and check off tasks as they’re completed.
