Our Sentence Repair PowerPoint has been designed to support students in the reviewing and editing process. They will identify how adjectives and adverbs can improve sentences by making them more descriptive.

Each of the 16 slides includes a sentence with a missing adjective or adverb. Students will choose from the three options listed to add more detail to the sentence. Some slides include choices that will change the meaning of the sentence, providing an opportunity for an interesting discussion about how important our word choices are.
