Sequencing Maze Mats are an engaging and hands-on set of activity mats that will challenge your students to sequence events, considering what comes first and making decisions as they move through the maze.

With six unique Sequencing Maze Mats included, students will gain confidence with the concept as they determine the correct sequence of cooking activities. They will be able to draw upon their prior experiences, observed knowledge and logic to make decisions as they navigate through the maze mats. The Sequencing Maze Mats can be printed either A4 or A3. Students will need a suitable material to mark the path on their maze mat. Possible options include:

1. Counters
2. Play dough that students manipulate into small pieces
3. The Sequencing Maze Mat is placed in a write-and-wipe sleeve, and students use a whiteboard marker.
4. Pom poms (students could use tweezers to place these on the mat, adding a fine motor component to the activity).
