Description

This resource will allow students to practise division concepts, including modelling to represent equal sharing. Students must cut and paste a set of cookies to share between monsters.

Each student is given 12 cookies to equally share between 2, 3, 4 or 6 monsters. This is a great resource to encourage conversations about the links between these numbers!

Alternatively, provide students with a different amount of cookies to share or have them draw their own snacks in the groups. This versatile resource is ideal for differentiation during whole class, small group or independent work.
