Description

You’ve reached the tomb, and it’s time to get the treasure! In this thrilling digital game, students must carefully select images that match the number one to collect treasure and move forward through the ancient ruins.


After each correct answer, players can choose to bank their treasure or take a risk and go for the next, bigger reward. But if they choose to play on and get it wrong, the trapdoor opens and all unbanked treasure is lost! This risk-and-reward format keeps students engaged as they practise recognising the value of one in fun, real-life contexts.


Let’s Steal – Show Me 1 is perfect for early years learners developing number recognition skills. It can be played on an interactive whiteboard for group learning, or students can scan the QR code and play independently on a device during rotations or as a fast finisher activity.

How to Play:

  1. Students are presented with a group of images and must select the collection that shows one item.
  2. A correct answer unlocks treasure and moves them forward in the tomb.
  3. Players then choose whether to bank their treasure or risk it to go for a bigger reward.
  4. Incorrect answers open the trapdoor and any unbanked treasure is lost.
  5. The game continues through multiple rounds until all questions have been answered.
