Sound Walls are an alternative to the traditional Word Wall display used in classrooms.

A Sound Wall is an interactive reading and writing display that supports students by focusing on articulating sounds/phonemes and the various letter/letter patterns that represent the sounds/phonemes in words.

This resource includes a 4-page printable desk chart-style version of our Sound Walls. Each sound in English is displayed with a mouth articulation image, a phoneme picture card, and the common grapheme choices for that phoneme.
