Description

This resource contains a set of cards for students to practise the sounds/phonemes within the English language. Each card features a different sound, complete with mouth placement image. Students say the sound, and then say each of the picture names around the outside of the card. If they hear the sound in that picture name, they can peg or cover with a counter. This resource also contains optional speech cues for each sound/phoneme that can be printed on the back of each card. These speech cues are EDITABLE so that you are able to change the language used to suit your situation. You could also challenge students to think of more words that feature the focus sound.
