Description

Spin & Cover: 2D Shapes is a fun and low-prep way for students to practise identifying and naming two-dimensional shapes in real-world objects. This engaging game helps reinforce geometry concepts through visual recognition and playful interaction.

To play, each student needs a copy of the game board and access to the spinner. They spin to land on a shape, then cover a matching real-life object on their board (e.g. spin a circle and cover a lollipop). It’s a great way to link shape vocabulary to everyday visuals.

Simply print, laminate, and add a paperclip spinner, and you’re good to go—perfect for small groups, rotations, or independent practise!
