Our Spotting Similarities & Discovering Differences resource provides students with the opportunity to reflect on the similarities and differences they share with the main character.

We have included two versions of this resource:

• Version 1 includes space for your students to record colour-coded similarities and differences between themselves and the story's main character.
• Version 2 includes space for your students to record colour-coded similarities and differences between themselves and the story's main character and write a paragraph explaining whether they consider themselves to be mostly similar or different to them.
