Description
Your class will love the challenge of playing Sprinkle Spin! This resource will help your students consolidate their understanding of the multiplicative relationship between the place value of digits in a fast-paced board game format.
This eye-catching game is designed for 2 or more players. As students move around the game board, they will apply their place value knowledge to multiply the numbers they land on by 10, 100 or 1000. The product of their calculations will be written on their recording sheet, which can also be used as evidence of their learning! To help keep your students motivated, they will colour in a certain number of sprinkles in the jar during each round of play. The winner of the game is the first player to colour all sprinkles in their jar.
This resource includes a game board with a spinner and instructions, and a recording sheet. For best results, we recommend printing the game board onto A3 cardstock. Printing multiple copies of the recording sheet will enable your students to continue playing the game if all rows in the table are used before a winner can be determined.

- The third game board includes 4-digit numbers
