This resource features over 100 cards featuring different character traits. To play the game, a student selects a card at random, reads it and then acts it out to the class or a small group. The other students try to guess and state the character trait.

There are also opportunities for the cards to be used in many other ways in the classroom. They could form a word wall of character traits. Your students could try to sort them into different categories. For example, positive and negative character traits could also link to health lessons. You could print out multiple copies of the cards and use them for a Memory, Snap or Go Fish game. The cards can be used when examining literature that contains character descriptions or when students are working on their creative writing.
