Description

Are you looking for a way to capture your students’ Statistics strand knowledge in the lead-up to reporting or parent-teacher interviews?

This resource is designed for this exact purpose. With over 50 slides, this resource is intended to be completed with students in a 1:1 assessment situation, with the teacher displaying slides on the whiteboard, on their laptop, or an iPad. Students respond to the slides as the teacher makes notes. Alternatively, use individual parts of the presentation as a whole-class warmup activity.

Some presentation elements are editable, allowing you to alter questions and data to suit your class.

You might like to use our Statistics Check-In Recording Sheet to record or display the students’ knowledge after completion.

Skills covered are:

  • Tables
  • Surveys
  • Lists
  • Experiments
  • Tally Marks
  • Graphing
  • Pictographs
  • Sorting Data

Use alongside our other Year One Statistics Assessment Resources such as our editable Tracking Table and differentiated Semester 1 Assessments.
