Subitising resource featuring standard and non-standard formation (1-6).
Subitising is the ability to instantly recognise the number of objects in a small group without the need to count them. Subitising Pegs is a fun way to help build subitising accuracy in a hands-on way!
HOW TO PLAY:
Lay all cards out on a flat surface.
Students look at the pictures and decide how many objects are in the small group.
The student will then place a peg on the correct number (other small objects like gemstones can also be placed over the correct number)
