Practise adding together small collections to 10 with this fishy game!

There are two different versions of this printable game available:

1. Version 1 Number Mats: To play, students will read the number sentence at the bottom and place the matching number of fish onto the page (we have supplied printable fish; you may like to use counters instead). They then count the total number of fish and write the answer into the blank shell.
2. Version 2 Roll & Solve: To play, students will roll dice to create the number sentence. You may like to use 10 sided dice to increase the level of difficulty. After writing the first two numbers onto the game board, students will place the matching number of fish onto the page (again, use our printable fish or counters). They then count the total number of fish and write the answer into the blank shell.

This resource also includes a recording sheet that your students can fill in as they play.
