Telling Time Task Cards: What’s the Time?
Description
Have your students practice basic conversion of analogue time to digital time using this interactive task card resource.
This activity contains 48 task cards. To start the activity, the students will have to identify the time on the analogue clock. Using a whiteboard marker, they will then convert and write the time on the digital clock. This activity includes time by the hour, quarter past the hour, half past the hour, and quarter to the hour.
For a small group game, you could divide the class into six groups based on the colours of the task card. Hand them the task cards and set a time limit. The fastest team to correctly complete all of their cards wins the game!
This is a low-prep task card set that is sized to fit in the Kmart rainbow photo storage. It is also suitable for both individual and small group work.
