Determine conductors and insulators of heat with this Year 3 science worksheet.

Students will solve a maze and sort heat conductors and insulators into proper labels before giving definitions of conductors and insulators.

Finally, they will draw an image of a product that utilises the properties of both conductors and insulators to achieve a particular purpose.

There are three versions included in the resource:

1. A simple maze with conductor and insulator examples listed.
2. A more complicated maze with conductor and insulator examples listed.
3. The more complicated maze with students required to write their own examples.

Print one page per student, or if working in small groups, place a few sheets into write-and-wipe sleeves and reuse them for each group of students.
