Time Language LET’S HIKE
Description
Students correctly answer questions to reach the top of the mountain. How far will they make it up the mountain? As they progress higher up the mountain, the scenery will change - from grassy meadows to snowy peaks. At the end, a polaroid snapshot captures their score and how far they made it!
In this version, students solve time-related challenges to practise reading both analogue and digital clocks. Questions include matching times, identifying o’clock, half past, quarter to, and quarter past, and using time language to describe when events occur. It’s a great way to reinforce time vocabulary while supporting visual recognition of clocks.
