This Wander & Wonder worksheet was designed to be used as a recording sheet for science tasks but can be used for various areas of the curriculum. The sheet has three sections for students to make recordings. In the first section they write or draw their predictions, in the second section they record the things they saw and in the third sections they record any wonderings/questions they have.
