Are you looking for a ‘fun and interactive’ task to help your students share their knowledge and understanding of the weather and how it impacts our daily choices? This hands-on task is a great addition to a unit of work within this Earth and Space Science strand.
Use this resource to create a spinner that can be moved around to show the typical clothing choices most suited to the different types of weather we experience.
Why not use this during assessment times to ask students about the clothing choices, and then when you spin the spinner to the next season – and you can have students explain to you what (if any) the difference in clothing choices are – and why there are differences.
