Help your students to share and learn fun facts about each other with this engaging back to school activity.

Each student receives a Who Am I? task card. Give each student a number to write in the top corner, making sure to keep each one a secret. Students will then write three fun facts about themselves on their card; encourage them to pick facts others might not know or that might be surprising. Once the cards are ready, you can distribute them across tables or hide them in a classroom or outdoor space for students to find.

Three recording sheet options are included:

1. 30 cards to a page; students guess the name only.
2. 14 cards to a page; students guess the name and take notes on the clues.
3. 6 cards to a page; students guess the name and write sentences explaining their reasoning.

Once completed, gather your class together to share your findings and see who guessed correctly!

You can print multiple copies of the recording sheets as needed if you want students to try and find more than the given number of cards. Enlarge the task card sheet to A3 if you wish to give students more room to write.
