Description

You’ve reached the tomb, and it’s time to get the treasure! In this suspense-filled digital game, students will put their measurement knowledge to the test as they work through a series of engaging multiple-choice questions. With each correct answer, they’ll unlock a new piece of treasure—but then comes the big decision: will they keep it or risk it all for a chance at an even bigger prize?

Students will be challenged to select the most appropriate unit of measurement for a wide range of items and situations. Units of length, mass, capacity, and area are all covered, helping students develop real-world understanding of when and how to apply each measurement type. This game encourages critical thinking and deepens conceptual knowledge through repeated exposure and fun, high-stakes choices.

Let’s Steal – Select the Unit of Measurement can be played independently or in pairs. With each round, students must weigh up the risk—will they play it safe and bank the treasure, or risk it all and keep going? It’s perfect for maths rotations, strategy-based thinking, and consolidating key measurement content in an exciting and meaningful way.

Key Learning Outcomes:

  • ✅ Select appropriate units of measurement for length, mass, capacity, and area
  • ✅ Apply measurement knowledge to everyday objects and scenarios
