If you’re having issues logging into Top Teacher using Google Chrome, please perform the below steps to see if that solves it.
Note: These steps might vary slightly depending on the version of Google Chrome you are using.
Access Menu: In the top-right corner, find and click on the three dots to open the menu.
Go to Settings: Hover over “More tools” and choose “Clear browsing data.”
Choose Data to Clear: Make sure “Cookies and other site data” is selected.
Select Time Range: Select “All time” to clear everything.
Confirm and Clear: Click “Clear data” to confirm and clear cookies and site data.
Restart Browser: Close your browser (please make sure all of your browser windows are closed) and open it again for the changes to take effect.
Try Logging Back In
Another Thing to Try: Incognito / Private Browsing
Since some browsers may be controlled by your organization, you may also try logging into Top Teacher with an “Incognito / Private” window.
On Chrome:
Click on the 3 vertical dots in the upper right of the browser window
Click “New Incognito Window”
Try logging in
On Safari:
Click “File” in the upper left side of the browser window
Select “New Private Window”
Try logging in
On Edge:
Click on the 3 horizontal dots in the upper right of the browser window
Click “New InPrivate Window”
Try logging in
