Sound is all around us and no better way than to have your students using their hands to test and sort instruments into the action used to make a sound. Not only will your young learners be interacting in a hands on way but also learning their scientific vocabulary words for this Physical Science unit.

This resource contains a range of sound interaction cards such as bang, strum, blow, shake etc. A selection of noise level and frequency cards as well as a range of instrument cards. Students are asked to sort the instruments under the interactions.

Once this sorted, this resource would make a great display to refer to throughout a unit on Sound.
