This Changing Places Graphic Organiser is a perfect activity for discussing changes to natural, managed or constructed local places and how we can take care of them over time. In this activity, students draw a picture of a natural, managed or constructed local place. They then answer who, what, when, where, why and how questions about that place. These questions might include;

• Where is this local place?
• What has changed?
• When did this change occur?
• Why did they change this local place?
• How would First Nations Australians take care of this local place?
